I tried writing something on this earlier and I couldn't think of anything to say, so I backed away from it.

Then I realized that being honest about that is probably the best thing I can offer you here; the behavior of the lady you described is so disgusting that it left me without the appropriate words to respond. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I hope that some way, somehow, that lady finally comes around to the truth about how she treats others, and feels deep shame and guilt over how she acted. And if that doesn't happen then maybe the universe can slip some carpentry nails under all four of her tires at just the right angle to ruin her day.
