I’m really glad to find someone on Medium who pays the subscription because they love reading. There’s an immensely large crowd who does it because they’re hoping to win big at writing.

I’m a bit of both. If I’m completely honest, most of the stuff I love to read is elsewhere (e.g. waitbutwhy.com; hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com, etc…). But I find myself searching more and more for good things to read here, as well.

I’m glad that you’re interested in my writing, and I’m happy to talk about it via the comments section. I’ll take your advice, as well, and find other people’s writing to comment on. It seems like a good way to start connecting with the community, and I have seen a couple other followers who highly recommend trying it as well. I’ll let you know how it goes.
