Thank you! I love the list-making advice myself. One of my favorite games as a writer is to take a boring place (I usually choose a hotel room) and see if I can use the list-writing technique to discover a hidden story in it. Works like a charm with old motels. Not so much with fancy ones. One of the hotlinks in this story actually leads to an example of that exercise, in fact, if you want to see it in action.
